MADE TO ORDER HOOPS
All made to order hoops are non-refundable, but we want you to be happy with your hoop!
Upon arrival, please make sure to inspect your hoop for any damage or defect. If there are ANY visible signs of damage or defect, please contact us right away and provide photos by emailing us at [email protected].
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please email us right away, so that we could authorize the exchange.

Exchange Condition
- Return window for individual hoops is 14 days from the date of purchase. No exceptions.
- Hoop must be unused, unsanded, and in it's original new condition.
- If there are any damages that were not reported prior to the return, the exchange agreement will be voided.
- If the hoop was packaged incorrectly for return and is warped beyond repair, the exchange agreement will be voided.
- All shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. An invoice will be provided and must be taken care of before the new hoop is sent out.
- The initial hoop that is being exchanged MUST be received by our shop or in some cases in transit before the new hoop is sent out. Please make sure to provide us with the mail carrier and tracking number, so that we could verify the hoop in transit. Insurance MUST be purchased when returning a hoop for exchange. If hoop gets lost in transit, the exchange agreement will be voided.
Something to consider before returning your hoop for exchange! The cost to ship back the hoop plus the cost to ship the new hoop may exceed the actual cost of the hoop itself. You may want to give that hoop to a friend/family or even try to sell it. :)
